Ice Cream Social A Success

Clayton UMC hosted a Pickleball and Corn Hole games along with free ice cream at the Clayton Village Park Sunday afternoon and early evening on July 22. Over twenty showed up to learn how to play Pickleball (a miniature game of tennis using a wiffle ball and paddles ). Larry and Lesa Betz were wonderful instructors and had everyone trying out this new game in no time at all. It is easy to learn for young and old alike and lots of fun. Thanks to all who came for the friendly competition and lots of ice cream and cookies.
